Seaway7 is transporting and installing foundations across all three phases, with the Seaway Ventus jack-up vessel beginning GE Vernova Haliade-X turbine installation work in mid-2026. Heerema Marine Contractors is handling Dogger Bank C foundations, and Saipem is transporting and installing the offshore substation platforms for phases A and B.
